INSTRUCTORS

Sensei Sato

Your session is led by Sensei Sato-san, a highly skilled martial artist.

"My personal Kudo journey began in Japan back in 1987 and I went on to achieve the rank of 2nd Dan black belt.

My deep appreciation for martial arts has led me to also train in Boxing, Kickboxing, Shoot Boxing, Karate and I was recently awarded my 1st degree black belt in Judo.
Although we train hard, Kudo is for everyone. I like to program training to suit all ages and skill levels. That way students
can enjoy the training while they are building their fitness and skills in each
class.
